Well, Sarfraz is partially right. It is a cake, but it isnt "his" cake. I mean, the little guy that you thought of. The two photos have absolutely nothing in common. The kid in the photo is my eldest brother's son, whereas the cake was for the 4th birtday of my sister's son last month in Dallas, Texas. My sister made the cake herself.
