Well, the SCP has lifted ban of kite flying (if any such thing was in effect) for 15 days. So, killing people has been made legal for 15 days. Thank you, so much.

Kite flying is a dangerous sport but one which can be taken seriously and proper protective measures be taken.
Responsibility from our nation? Yea, sure!
Sad thing to notice is that people inorder to cut other's kite take any sort of chemical string . So much people are eager to cut other's kite ..this vary act is also a part of our social culture...doosraun ka number kaat ker apna number lagana...

Oh btw, did you know we're getting our streets cleaned these days :P New imported machinery is doing and that is just for cleaning. Only if they could some of the blighted hearts in this godforsaken city too ...
I guess the father of so many sitting in London would be providing the diesel for these machines.
