The difference between Karachiites and the rest of the world!
OK, ladies and gentlemen, we have a million dollar question here. What is the difference between Karachiites and everyone else in the world? What is one thing that others have and us Karachiites dont? One thing, one word. And I'll answer that question. Trust me, I've travelled, I know for sure. One word: COURTESY.
You should War of the Worlds at Nishat and compare it to the WAVE theaters in India. I could hear atleast 3 running commentaries on the movie, people talking on the phone and of course the wonderful chirping sound of plastic chips bags and stuff.
I would not blame people for this. You've been across the world so you know how it goes out there and what courtesy is about. We need huge and effective awareness campaigns... or maybe a miracle!
Are you keeping an eye on Tour De France? Thumbs up for Armstrong!
Yea, the Indians knew two things. First, to keep their mouth shut, two, to do the right thing for the right time, i.e., enjoy the freaking movie. We, on the other hand, know neither.
